Marvellous location adjacent to JFK, fast check-in.

Would recomand the place, I did not want to leave. The hotel was a lovely place for enjoying a safe area, really close to Manhattan, the 21 St. I've booked a double room with necessary amenities and everything was good. Coffee & tea makers and a fridge were available too. The service was great, I had 14 good nights here. They offered me wake up service free of charge too.

Pleasant people working here, well-maintained and nice place. Decent sized and new-fashioned rooms with a writing desk and a closet space. Hypoallergenic pillows, extremely comfy bed. Terrific services!

Clean room with a nice view. The area felt unsafe at night with many locals hanging around. Breakfast options were basic but decent. Close to subway for easy access to the city.

It was perfect for our large family, especially with my grandchild who loved exploring the nearby metro station. The clean, spacious King room.

My kids wished for a little more variety at breakfast. It would be great if families could have more than just the same options daily.

The only downsides were that the parking was a bit tricky to deal with and sometimes it felt a bit noisy from outside. But overall, a solid stay!

The King Room I had was spacious and very clean. Breakfast was included, which helped kickstart my mornings. Staff kept the room tidy and stocked with toiletries every day, and I appreciated that. The F train was just a short walk for getting into Manhattan. I ran into some issues with the parking situation-it was annoying to find a spot close to the hotel. I had to drive around a bit on arrival. The area around the hotel seemed a little rough at first. I noticed a memorial for a recent incident nearby, made me a bit uneasy. A heads up about this would be helpful . Despite that, my stay felt surprisingly enjoyable overall. The staff were friendly, and the hotel exceeded my expectations, but clearer parking instructions would definitely help.

If you love local flavors, Big New York Fried Chicken & Pizza was a hit, serving up a crispy, juicy delight that'll have you craving more! The breakfast juices had this fresh kick that set the day off right. Clean linens and comfy vibes? You bet!

Went through a bit of a circus with the parking situation, y'know? Arrived late and the spots were all snatched up, leaving us to roam for other options. Plus, that 'pre-check-in' felt dodgy-just a heads up on that upfront charge!

I enjoyed being just less than a 5-minute walk to the subway . There's plenty of great food options nearby that were perfect for my weekend strolls.

Recommend it for families with children

The breakfast was a lifesaver, kept us fueled for a long day in the city. The staff, especially Sofia, was kind and made check-in easy, just like chemistry, everything clicked!

It wasn't exactly cheap, but I guess you pay for the convenience.

The location near the subway was perfect for quick trips to manhattan. My double room was clean and modern, and the staff was super friendly. Plus, it was way cheaper than any place in manhattan, a huge plus.
